Kürzliche Änderungen

Verbesserungen beim Exportieren von Meetings (14.10.2025)

Procore hat die Exportfunktionalität des Meetings-Tools erheblich verbessert und damit die wichtigsten Benutzerwünsche nach mehr Effizienz und Benutzerfreundlichkeit erfüllt. Mit der Funktion zum Exportieren von Meetings können Sie Anhänge in einen ZIP-Ordner exportieren, nach bestimmten Besprechungselementen nach Status filtern und eine neue Spalte "Protokoll genehmigt" in einem übersichtlicheren PDF-Format mit Hyperlinks zu Videokonferenzen anzeigen.

Meetings werden jetzt aus Projektvorlagen übernommen (19.08.2025)

Procore hat die automatische Übernahme von Meetings aus Projektvorlagen eingeführt und damit eine wichtige Lücke im Workflow für Bauteams geschlossen. Diese Funktion ermöglicht es Teams nun, Kickoff-Prozesse zu standardisieren, sich wiederholende Einrichtungsarbeiten zu reduzieren und sicherzustellen, dass keine kritischen Tagesordnungspunkte verpasst werden. Modernisiertes Meeting-Erlebnis (15.07.2025)

Procore hat das Meetings-Tool aktualisiert, um die Leistung und Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu verbessern. Die Benutzer finden ein konsolidiertes Menü für die wichtigsten Aktionen und einen neuen Aktivitäts-Feed, der die bisherige Registerkarte "Kommentare" ersetzt. Der Rich-Text-Editor unterstützt jetzt Tabellen und eine verbesserte Listenformatierung, außerdem gibt es eine neue Funktion zum automatischen Speichern von Minuten. Der Prozess zur Genehmigung von Protokollen wurde ebenfalls gestrafft, zusammenklappbare Abschnitte hinzugefügt und die Teilnehmererfahrung und die Ansicht der Anhänge verbessert.
