flag-us.png  When your company applies the 'Owners English' or 'Specialty Contractors English' point-of-view dictionary, you'll see different tool names and term changes in the user interface. Learn how to apply the dictionary options. 

  • To learn the differences: Show/Hide      

    • This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

Hintergrund

Nachdem Sie eine neue Rechnung des Subunternehmers erstellt haben, können Sie eine Vorschau anzeigen, wie sie im endgültigen Format aussehen wird, indem Sie das Feld „Zusammenfassungsvorschau“ in der Rechnung erweitern.

Wichtige Hinweise

  • Required User Permissions:
    • You must be an invoice contact on a commitment.
    • You must submit your invoice before the 'Due Date' on the invoice. 

Schritte

  1. Navigieren Sie zum Rechnungs-Tool des Projekts.
  2. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Rechnung des Subunternehmers.
  3. Suchen Sie die Rechnung, die Sie in der Vorschau anzeigen möchten, und klicken Sie darauf, um sie zu öffnen.
  4. Klicken Sie auf den Pfeil neben "Zusammenfassungsvorschau",  um den Abschnitt zu erweitern. 
    Dadurch erhalten Sie eine Vorschau , wie die Rechnung im endgültigen Format aussehen wird.
