Search and Filter Action Plans
Objective
To search for and filter action plans.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.
- Additional Information:
- Some action plans are private and cannot be searched for based on your permissions. See Who can see private action plans?
Steps
Note
Search terms and applied filters respect each other's parameters. In other words, if you have applied one or more filters before starting a search, the search results only include items applicable to the filters.Search the Action Plans List
- Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
- Enter a keyword or phrase in the 'Search' box and press ENTER on your keyboard or click the
icon.
The following fields from action plans can be searched:- Name
- Type
- Plan Manager
- Number
- Location
- To clear your search terms, click the X in the 'Search' box.
Apply Filters to the Action Plans List
- Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.
- Select a filter from the 'Add Filter' drop-down menu.
The following filters are available:- Type
- Location
- Plan Manager
- Status
Note: Statuses include custom statuses for Action Plans. See Create Action Plan Statuses.
- Press ESC on your keyboard.
- Optional: Repeat the steps above to add more filters.
- To clear one filter, click the X next to its name.
- To clear all filters, click Clear All.
