Nachrichten im E-Mails-Tool des Projekts nach Tag filtern.

Hintergrund

In Procore, a number of tools let you add tags/keywords to a record. When you have a large number of records, this makes it easier for users to use the tool's search feature to find the records marked with those tags/keywords.

The Emails tool gives users the ability to create tags that can be applied to messages stored in the Emails tool. Once tags are applied to your emails, users can click the individual tags in the Tags menu to view all the email messages associated with that tag. 

Wichtige Hinweise

  • Erforderliche Benutzerberechtigungen:
    • Berechtigungen der Stufe "Schreibgeschützt" oder höher für das E-Mail-Tool des Projekts.

Schritte

  1. Rufen Sie das Tool E-Mails des Projekts auf.
  2. Klicken Sie im Menü "Tags" in der Seitenleiste auf das Tag, nach dem Sie E-Mails filtern möchten.

    Es erscheint ein Banner, das anzeigt, auf welcher Registerkarte die angezeigten Nachrichten gefiltert werden. Wenn Sie bereit sind, den Filter zu entfernen, klicken Sie auf den Link Hier im Banner.
