Dateien an ein Bautagebuch anhängen (Android)

Ziel

Dateien mit Ihrem Android-Mobilgerät anzeigen und an einen Eintrag im Bautagebuch anhängen.

Wichtige Hinweise

• Erforderliche Benutzerberechtigungen:
  • Berechtigungen auf 'Standard'- oder 'Admin'-Ebene für das Bautagebuch-Tool des Projekts.
• Zusätzliche Informationen:
  • Dieses Asset oder Element kann im Offline-Modus angezeigt oder bearbeitet werden, sofern es zuvor auf Ihrem Mobilgerät angezeigt und zwischengespeichert wurde.
  • Sie können den folgenden Abschnitten des Bautagebuchs einen Anhang hinzufügen:
    • Bauausrüstung
    • Lieferungen
    • Inspektionen
    • Sicherheitsverstöße 
    • Unfälle 
    • Arbeitskräfte 
    • Wetter 

Schritte

1. Rufen Sie das Tool Bautagebuch über die Procore-App auf einem Android-Mobilgerät auf.
2. Tippen Sie auf das Datum, um den Kalendertag auszuwählen, für den Sie ein Protokoll anzeigen möchten.
3. Tippen Sie auf den Eintrag, dem Sie einen Anhang hinzufügen möchten, oder fügen Sie einen neuen Eintrag hinzu. Siehe Täglichen Bautagebuchsposten hinzufügen.
4. Tippen Sie auf das Symbol Bearbeiten   .
5. Tippen Sie auf Anhänge, um eine Datei oder ein Foto hinzuzufügen.
6. Wählen Sie eine der folgenden Optionen:

   • Attachments: Tap on the following options to add photo, video, or file attachments to the entry:

     • Camera: Use your mobile device's camera to take a photo or video that is automatically added to the entry once you exit the camera.
       • Take a photo without mark up.
         1. Tap the shutter to take a photo.
         2. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Take a photo with mark up.
         1. Tap the mark up  icon to take the photo and immediately mark it up.
         2. Tap the shutter to take a photo.
         3. Mark up the photo.
         4. If you want to save both the original and marked up photo, mark the Save as New Photo option, then tap Save.
            OR
            If you want to only save your marked up photo, clear the Save as New Photo option, then tap Overwrite.
         5. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Take a video.
         1. Tap Video.
         2. Tap the shutter to start the video.
         3. Tap the shutter again to stop the video.
         4. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
     • Photos: Tap to select photos from your device's Gallery OR from Procore's Photos tool in the project.
       • Add from Procore 
         1. Tap Photos from Procore.
         2. Tap the album that contains the photo(s) you want to include on the entry.
            OR
            Tap Create New Album to add a new photo album to the project.
            Note: You will need 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to the Daily Log tool to create an album.
         3. Tap the photo(s) you want to attach.
         4. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Add from Device
         1. Tap Photos from Device.
         2. Tap the photo(s) you want to add to the entry.
         3. Tap Done.
     • Files: Tap on a file from your mobile device to automatically attach it to the entry.  
7. Tippen Sie auf Speichern.
